Job Title: Oracle HCM Test Analyst

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is partnering with a federal integrator to assist in identifying an Oracle HCM Test Analyst .  

Candidates must be US citizens and able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX. 

Clearance: Must have an active Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one.

Role Description:  
In this role, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. As well as assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. 
 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience using Oracle EBS Human Capital Management  
• 3-5 years of experience using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll 
• Knowledge and experience in providing functional expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional capabilities for an application or group of applications within the Oracle HRTime & Labor EBS environment.  
• Experience assisting in facilitating impact assessment efforts.   
• Experience developing requirements, managing creation and quality of deliverables, and developing process capabilities.
