ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in the Jersey City, NJ OR Chicago, IL for a contract Pega Lead System Architect to assist their team.
Title: Pega Lead System Architect
Location: Jersey City, NJ OR Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days from office and 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 months
Certified Pega BPM Lead System Architect (LSA)
5+ years’ experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and testing. Additional 3 years of object-oriented programming skills in java / .net.
Responsibilities:
• Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise. Pega Workflow, Case Management, and Integration experience needed.
• Agile experience is required.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate the delivery of software applications.
• Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.
• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units.
• Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components.
• Effectively conveys the message in both written and verbal development discussions.
• Pega Implementation Architecture expertise.
• Pega Case Management/Workflow
• Pega Integration
• Data Migration
• Certification and/or working experience on Pega PRPC 8.x or greater.
• Banking domain Pega experience (especially in compliance and risk)
• Strong understanding of key business elements
• Prior framework implementation experience
• Strong Data analysis skills
• Graduate / Undergraduate studies in computer science is a plus.
