CRM Platform Analyst

Our client, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst to join their team. As a CRM Analyst, you will be part of the Platform Team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: 70K-80K

 

What’s the Job?

•    Serve as a team member on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM related projects.

•    Support users and system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
•    Transform business processes into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
•    Fulfill CRM user access requests and ensure accuracy in role assignments. 
•    Participate in customizations and enhancements, including design, development, validation, and deployment within the platform.

 

What’s Needed?

•    Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
•    Ability to represent and document business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, user stories, etc.
•    Strong analytical skills: ability to apply knowledge to identify and resolve problems.
•    Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts.
•    Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability. 

 

What’s in it for me?

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent.
•    2-3 years of demonstrable development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
•    2-3 years of experience working in an Agile software development organization.
•    2-3 years of experience working within a DevOps SDLC team.
•    Knowledge of and experience with SQL.
•    Experience in Power Automate and Java Script a plus.
•    Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform credentials (preferred).
