Support Developer (Addison) COVERED - Full-time / Part-time

Experis IT (a ManpowerGroup company) has partnered with a leading financial services organization. The job location is in Addison, TX for a contract Support Developer  to assist their team. We require candidates who are willing to provide their last 5 years of W2 records (The client will conduct a thorough background check upon hire). The candidates must be local and W2 only; no third-party candidates will be accepted at this time.

Rate:                55 – 68  $/Hour on W2

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for PAPA ticket volume within the AML Global Markets Regulatory team.
• Implement AWARE to US banking centers as part of the role responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge in PEGA and Mulesoft is essential for success in this role.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and implementation processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in PAPA Ticket and AWARE PEGA for effective problem resolution.

• Proficient in PEGA and Mulesoft technologies.
• Extensive experience in supporting PAPA ticket volume.
• In-depth knowledge of AWARE PEGA for successful implementation.
• Ability to work effectively within the AML Global Markets Regulatory team.
• Previous experience in US work, with familiarity in non LATAM and Brazil Country New Standard work.
