• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a great customer experience
• Educate and engage customers through our products
• Be a team player on the Retail Sales and Management team
• Be creative to make eye catching displays
• Be heard when you have ideas to make improvement to our store/company
• Strong leadership skills
• Supervise and train the sales, front end and inventory peers
• Accuracy and detail oriented
• Show passion, pride and commitment to succeed
• Cultivate and maintain a positive and uplifting, fun work environment 
• Assist the store manager in areas of re-merchandising, inventory management increase profitability
• Act as a Sales leader in the store maintaining a strong presence on the floor to build strong relationships with the customers and support and develop the team and increase revenue

Here’s what you need to get started

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, retail sales and management team environment
• Provide excellent sales and customer service on the phone and in person and to effectively communicate with peers 
• Excel at written and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
