CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $23.25 / hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.
• Utilize various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Assist in training new employees on CNC operation techniques and quality control procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering spec sheets, blueprints, and drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding quality control, safety, and production standards.
• Lift objects weighing up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day) as required by the job.

Requirements: 

• Demonstrated ability to assist in training new employees and work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in mathematics with the ability to perform calculations and measurements accurately.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and reliability in performing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• 0-2 years of experience in CNC operation or a related field.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, measurement/weighing tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
