ERP International has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our San Antonio Office Team and provide full life-cycle recruiting support. This position requires an experienced healthcare recruiting professional with knowledge of and experience in recruiting, screening, credentialing and onboarding a variety of Healthcare Professionals (Physician, Nursing and Ancillary) and Medical Administrative staff within Government Contracting. This position will report to the Clinical Recruiting Manager and work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, as well as other corporate functions and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manages all assigned healthcare job postings
  • Maintenance of job requisitions in ERP's Applicant Tracking System, including progress notes and updates
  • Pipelining of qualified candidates for on-going requirements
  • Screens applications against job performance work statement qualifications
  • Candidate first contact, follow-up, and close-out
  • Initial collection of and primary source verification of core credentialing documents
  • Verification and validation of candidate references
  • Profile creation for submission of candidates
  • Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers and customers
  • Completes incumbent capture and processing
  • Networks with industry, references, and contacts to develop leads
  • Solicits current staff and customers for referrals
  • Conducts pre- and post-sales market salary analysis
  • May attends career fairs, trade shows, etc...
  • Communicates daily with Hiring Managers on status of requisitions, candidates, etc...


Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:
  • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably within Government contracting environment
  • Knowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
  • A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts
  • Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Additional Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage numerous requisitions simultaneously
  • Must be able to meet short deadlines and quick turn-around times, within budget
  • Must be able to work independently
