CNC Maintenance Tech
with CNC Experience
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with the #1 aluminum knuckle manufacturer in the world, located in Auburn, Indiana, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician.
$24+ /Hour DOE
2nd shift - 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
3rd Shift - 10:30 pm - 6:30 am
CNC Maintenance Tech Job Summary:
- Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts
- Repair and/or replace defective parts
- Test for electrical and hydraulic circuitry and mechanical systems
- Repair air leaks, oil leaks, replacing components
- Analyze and recommend engineered solutions to failures
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC problems
- Lay out, wire, build, and troubleshoot electrical panels and/or other machinery
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' related experience in Die Casting operations
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Knowledge of UBE or Buhler Prince Die Cast machines, hydraulic systems, stack Melter, overhead cranes, plant air systems, hot oil heating units, Rimrock sprayers/ladles, Fanuc and ABB robot programs
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularly
