General Manager - Fast Food/Quick Service

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced fast food/quick-service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles within the food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Lead and motivate a diverse team of crew members and managers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
3. Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
5. Implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all staff and customers.
6. Analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
7. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively.
8. Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager in the fast food or quick-service industry.
2. Proven track record as a Manager with 10-12 years of overall experience in the food service industry.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn and adapt to new opportunities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
4. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a strong background in training and development.
5. Demonstrated ability to serve as a role model to crew members and managers, leading by example with integrity and professionalism.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and customers.
