Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team! You will be servicing commercial properties including but not limited to hotels, offices, bowling alleys etc. We work with companies of all varieties in the DMV.
Responsibilities:
- Drywall and paint as needed at different buildings
- Doing tile or flooring installation
- Trim carpentry or exterior siding
- Exterior power washing
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance including changing lights or more complex jobs
- Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a building maintenance engineer
- Must have own hand tools
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Mechanical aptitude
