Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Routinely inspects the community and advises GM of any issues or corrections that need action
• Performs light general maintenance and repairs at the direction of the GM
• Performs weekly and quarterly checks of all gates, light poles etc. to ensure they are functioning properly
• Reviews work order requests and assigns them to the appropriate contractor/completes requests as appropriate
• Oversees contractor work and performs final inspections with Association consulting engineer (when utilized) once work has been completed
• Inspects all work performed on common areas and reports to GM that the work is completed in a satisfactory manner before payment of invoice
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing job duties in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements
• Maintains professional working relationships with committee members, vendors, and staff
• Works closely with an assigned committee by generating reports and tracking multiple projects, generate a monthly committee packet and attend monthly committee meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong background in facilities maintenance, including performing maintenance and repair, as well as related administrative tasks preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years general experience in construction, vendor oversight, maintenance or handy work preferred
• Strong customer service and professional verbal communication skills required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Intermediate-level computer skills strongly preferred
• Able to work between indoor/outdoor environments required
