Hair Stylist

We are currently seeking a talented and licensed Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair care, creativity, and excellent customer service skills. Our salon has enough walk-ins that your own clientele is not required to be successful. We provide a 50/50 pay split and your commission. We are hiring for full-time and part-time!

Responsibilities:

• Provide hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend hair care products and treatments based on individual client needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and hair care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Assist with salon reception duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have a current Florida state cosmetology license
• Previous experience working in a salon or spa setting preferred.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
