An energetic bilingual person willing to learn and grow with our company.
This person will need to be proficient in MS Office programs, the ability to process payroll, weekly invoicing, and collection duties.
Process new hire paperwork, order drug screens, and check for all necessary paperwork before starting new hire.
Ability to assign purchase orders as required by Management and Mechanical staff.
Daily entry of production reports
Contract reviews, new customer setup documentation.
Personnel file maintenance.
Institute and manage Management and personnel notifications and required meetings and appointments.
