Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide visionary leadership, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and goals of the restaurant.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.

• Financial Management:

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Team Development:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and excellence.

• Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience, addressing feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Innovation and Trends:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Executive or similar executive-level role.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
