JOB TITLE: Technical Recruiter

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including job posting, searching for and sourcing resumes, screening candidates, conducting interviews, resume enhancement for presentation, including summaries, selecting qualified candidate, presenting candidate to client, negotiating offers with client companies, and presenting offer letters to candidates. Recruit for both contractor and permanent placement positions. Follow up after placement to track quality. No labor roles. Must be able to manage a requisition load of 15 - 25 open positions, based on need. IT and / or Engineering and Management focus. Account Management opportunity if candidate skills and experience fit requirements.

· Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations within established deadlines. Company uses excellent Applicant Tracking System which creates tremendous efficiency and transparency in work and results

· After receiving job orders from the client, compile job requirements and client company information

· Determine recruiting strategies and hiring plans, based on job information and client’s specific industry.

· Conduct job posting externally and internally: generate/polish job information (job duties and job requirements), post job opening on appropriate job websites and CTI company website.

· Identify and understand technical skills and qualifications sought to fill open positions. Recruiter must be a life-long learner to master technical terminology and concepts.

· Initiate and manage resume sourcing. Review and screen resumes. Contact candidates.

· Conduct phone interviews and on-site interviews.

· Select qualified candidates for the position. Develop professional resume presentation for selected candidates. Submit them to client.

· Coordinate interview schedule between client and candidates: schedule interviews, arrange traveling (flight, hotel, rental car, etc.), and prepare related paper work.

· Prepare candidates for client interviews: provide candidates with the client’s expectations/objectives for the job and highlight their work experience that matches those objectives.

· Facilitate both client and candidates feedback process

· Complete related paper work, and assist on reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment drug testing and physical exam.

· Negotiate and present offer letter to candidates

· Comply with employment laws and regulations, and federal, state and local requirements.

· Attend network events, job fairs; occasionally visit clients to maintain relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other equivalent business experience preferred. Equivalent career or military experience will be considered.

· 3 to 5 years experience in recruiting field minimal preferred, with recruiting experience at a third party recruiting/staffing firm valued.

· Must have knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques.

· Prefer Information Technology recruiting experience and/or Engineering recruiting experience

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast paced environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Great team player and hard worker with a “Can Do” attitude

· Ability to work independently. Self-motivated

· Must be detailed-oriented, reliable and responsible for all assigned duties.

· Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work in a result-oriented environment

Compensation Negotiable, based on experience and performance history.
