Senior Accountant

Salary: $75k-$90k

Reports Directly to CFO

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in public accounting (big four preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting activities
- Collaborate with the CFO on treasury management strategies
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision making
- Lead and mentor accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Software: Sage Intacct accounting software Excel Advanced
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership skills
