Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT to join a client in Tempe that focuses on horizontal and landscape construction.
CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and supplement internal resources in meeting client's need
- Supervise, train, and evaluate all reporting employees
- Document daily activities and issues
- Solve construction and design issues
- Participate in team interviews
- Responsible for implementation of dust control, safety management, permits, quality control, and company policies
CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years' experience in site, civil, and park construction
- Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, and JOC projects
- Clean driving and background check
