Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for Quick Lane Technicians who enjoy & take great pride performing quality service and who appreciate a cohesive work environment that provides a healthy work / life balance to become a member on our Fixed Operations TEAM as a Quick Lane Technician at our Chevrolet/GMC dealership in Columbus, Ne.

Quick Lane Technician Responsibilities:

• performs oil changes, tire rotations, vehicle maintenance, and basic automotive repairs
• (education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealership)
• accurately & efficiently assess & diagnose customer concerns
• conduct multi-point video inspections
• establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
• service managers empower quick lane technicians to execute their job responsibilities as the advisors and parts dept. work to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding
• income security of a busy shop, opportunity to learn, grow, and advance encouraged
• responsibilities of the job align with the income earned
• operate independently as rapidly as possible to service the concern & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
