Our Concept

Encanto is a Mexican restaurant that is located in the heart of Los Feliz. Our passion for la cocina Mexicana translates to a menu of bring, bold and seasonal and ingredient-driven cuisine. We have large curated selection of tequilas and agave-driven spirits that elate the palette.

What We Expect:

Hosts will reports to the Encanto Management team to oversee all matters of communication between the restaurant, managers, and guests. This includes the direction of OpenTable, holidays, incident solutions and guest requests. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the below;

• Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented position within a restaurant (ideally fine dining).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
• Ability to occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
