Aligned Government Services actively recruiting for Maintenance Persons for the Orlando area.

~ Maintenance Person:

1. Checks and maintains assigned facility
2. Pressure washing
3. Painting and minor drywall repairs
4. Performs miscellaneous duties but not limited to cleaning roofs of debris,
pulling weeds, etc.
5. Parking lot cleaning
6. Ability to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions.
7. Loading and unloading materials up to 40 lbs.
8. Working off a ladder up to 12 feet high
