In-Home Behavior Technician

This entry-level position makes a real difference in the lives of children and their families by providing high-quality behavioral therapy services that encourage growth and development. You start off earning $22.00 - $26.00/hour, depending on experience, with the potential for bonuses and pay increases based on length of employment, job performance, and session attendance. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR IN-HOME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heart for working with children and people with autism
• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
• Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

AVERAGE DAY IN THIS ROLE

As an In-Home Behavior Technician, you can expect a unique and fulfilling role that keeps you on your toes and offers endless opportunities to make a positive impact! You work directly with our young clients, utilizing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy to help them meet their outlined goals.

This isn't your typical 9 to 5 job, as your days may vary wildly depending on each client's individual needs. You implement therapeutic services, record data, and move at a pace that works best for the client. While some days may be more challenging than others, the rewarding nature of the work makes every moment worthwhile!
