Job Description

Renesas Electronics America Inc. is looking to fill the role of Production Control Support for our wafer fabrication manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for manufacturing activities.
• Manage the starting materials inventory and stocking.
• Assist with production planning.
• Interface with suppliers.
• Generate purchase requisitions.
• Maintain manufacturing systems and databases.
• Assist in Fab Hygiene tasks.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2-year degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively.
• Proficient Windows PC and Office skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Access, and Excel.
• Experience working in manufacturing or with cross functional teams is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40lbs.
