Introduction:
Our client is seeking a Web Developer to provide technical analysis and support to cyber operations and knowledge management support for ongoing initiatives. The candidate will develop technical documents, facilitate organization-wide meetings, track specialized software updates, provide project management duties, and produce reports and information updates for the Customer.
Work Requirements:
- Assist in developing technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, website content, feedback forms, and reports.
- Work with multiple teams to edit functional descriptions, internal websites and databases, special reports, and other deliverables and documents.
- Facilitate organization-wide meetings, information sessions, and activities.
- Track and maintain information on specialized Customer software and tool update releases.
- Respond to direct management and other high-profile taskings, including project management duties.
- Provide the Customer with documentation, reports, and information updates on ongoing activities and initiatives.
- Confer with team members, customers, and service providers to discuss, analyze, or resolve website and knowledge repository usability issues.
- Prepare reports, periodic updates, and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, and status.
- Produce useful information presented in clear views that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated JOOMLA website development experience (release 3.10.11 or later) to include experience as an administrator.
Optional Desired Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with the Customer’s mission and its unique mission requirements, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Customer Enterprise training systems and components.
- Demonstrated experience successfully navigating the Customer’s curriculum review and approval process.
- Demonstrated experience as a privileged user with access to Customer training systems and databases to create, load, and edit technical content, manage enrollment, and grant course credit.
- Demonstrated experience planning organization-wide meetings or training.
- Demonstrated experience with the requirements and procedures related to the Customer’s review board process, which required the approval of new networks, tools, and systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with customers’ commercial vendors to integrate and provide workforce access to commercial systems on Customer networks, as well as subscription-based data, software, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing systems, processes, or tools directly applying to the Customer’s unique mission.
- Demonstrated experience using Customer collaboration and communication tools.
- Demonstrated experience creating and distributing minutes or after-action items.
- Demonstrated experience in the customer’s space with specific systems, processes, and policies and possesses supporting knowledge of operations.
- Demonstrated experience with Customer knowledge management databases and repositories.
- Demonstrated experience in the technical development of data analysis or knowledge management systems (applicable professional certifications).
