Dock 17 Host / Hostess

Expectations:

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests by greeting them as soon as they arrive at the resturant..
• Become a menu expert - Answer questions, provide suggestions, etc.
• Assist the servers with bussing the tables.
• Take reservations and be able to manage walk in guests

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff
• Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• At least one year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required
• obtain a ABC license

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
