Clinical Specialist Position:

Embark on an exciting opportunity with our MedTech startup focusing on advanced surgical visualization. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets by leveraging your extensive product knowledge, relationship-building skills, and strategic planning. The majority of your time will be spent in the Operating Room, collaborating with surgical teams and contributing to the success of our revolutionary technology. Competitive Base + potential for $20K variable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to formulate a strategy for driving product utilization.
  • Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Participate in regional Sales and Marketing development events to raise awareness and drive adoption.
  • Train and develop Operating Room staff to proficiently manage pre, intra, and postoperative systems.
  • Develop customized plans for surgical teams to ensure independent system usage within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Drive product utilization by working closely with surgical teams to select appropriate procedure applications.
  • Expand the user base through collaboration with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.
  • Manage administrative tasks responsibly, including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and expense reports.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of two years of prior sales experience.
  • Proven record of achievement and leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work nights and weekends as needed.
