As a Hospitality Host/Hostess in our establishment, you will: * Extend a Warm Welcome - punctually prepare the restaurant/lounge/cafe for service, maintain a clean and appealing workspace throughout service hours, and handle tasks like room service and cashier duties. * Embrace the Role of a Host/Hostess - manage reservations, seat guests, serve water, offer recommendations, address inquiries, remember names, greet with a smile, and perhaps even provide a weather update; it's all part of the role! * Prioritize Safety & Security - adhere to the safety and security protocols of the hotel, remain proactive in identifying issues, and promptly escalate concerns to the management team.

$15.25-$16.50 hourly

• Warm and welcoming personality to greet each guest that arrives at the host stand.
• Ability to manage the floor plan by utilizing Resy Reservation system.
• Assist clearing tables when needed.
• Flexible work schedule- ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings weekends and holidays.
• Works well under high demands.

• A high school education or equivalent preferred and prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours as needed. Light work -- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task.
• Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must possess fluency in English and be able to work in stressful, high pressure situations, and must possess the ability to multi-task on a regular basis.
