CNC Operator Duties:
CNC Machinist
We’re hiring CNC Operators positions for a firearms manufacturer located in the Summerville-Jedburg area. The pay rate is $19 to $30 / hour, with weekly pay and benefits available. This full-time contract position may lead to permanent placement, advancement and pay increases.
Friday - Sunday 4pm to 4:30am - Work 36 get Paid for 40
CNC Operator Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions of finished parts.
- Assemble and inspect components to ensure proper fit and function.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
CNC Operators Requirements / Shifts:
- Minimum 2-years previous CNC Machine Operator Experience Required
- Proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
- Maintain organizational, safety, and cleaning protocols.
- Complete additional tasks and duties required by supervisor.
- Must pass Background and Drug Screen requirements.
