Body Fit Plus is hiring for correctional facility in Blythe, California.

Job Details: Radiologic Technician

  • Location : Correctional Facility in Blythe, California
  • Pay Rate $50.5 to $56 Per Hour + Quarterly Bonus
  • Schedule : 6 to 9 months Full Time Contract Eligible for extension
  • Mon - Fri  08:00am - 04:30pm

Requirements: Radiologic Technician

  • Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution. Clinical competencies must be current
  • Valid Photo ID Driver’s License or Passport (Required)
  • Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association
  • Valid California Radiologic Technologist License Hard Copy (Required)

Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: Radiologic Technician

  • Experience practicing as low as reasonable achievable radiation exposure
  • Experience providing emergency med support to med providers for medical emergencies
  • Experience with statewide standard radiology protocols and documentation
  • Experience performing radiographic examination with and without contrast media
  • Experience w/special procedures (routine fluoro, drainage, biopsies, myelograms, etc)
  • Experience developing and processing x-ray exposures
