POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is an on-call position. The maintenance technician is responsible for day to day building operations duties which can include boiler and HVAC operations, building operations including openings closings and alarm activation / deactivation, repairs, grounds care, and specialized education or training in electronics, communications or other specialty that is beneficial to the Clinic organization.

SHIFT: Registry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent Certification from a Vo-tech or trade school preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Current working knowledge of boilers, must have a low pressure boiler operators license. Previous experience in building operations is a plus. Computer and keyboarding skills Ability to work with a variety of equipment, analyze and solve complex problems. Current skills in welding, soldering, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, grounds care and equipment operation, carpentry, concrete, and landscaping required.
