Time For Change!
Has your job become a dead end road?

You give everything you got but still feel  unappreciated?

Always micromanaged by someone?

Sick of not having work through winter or consistent work period!

My name is Phillip Schmucker, I believe in the old fashioned saying if you love what you do you don't work a day in your life...

The Mission at Pally Roofing is to create a company that people fight to work for because they get to do what they Love WITHOUT THE DRAMA...

If you are ready to start early, work with people who enjoy doing what they do, go home and spend time with family,

Apply now, schedule your TRIAL DAY to work with the team so you get to see for yourself.

If not now...WHEN?

Where else do you get to work for 1-2 days, get $$$ at the end of the day and hey, if it isn't for you, no problem you still have your current job to go back to.

Here is my Promise to you,

• You get treated like family
• Paid what you're worth
• Work all year long, even winter
• 1/2 of your taxes are paid for by the company
• Go home every night to be with family
• Work with people who have a Great Attitude
• Paid Vacation
• Sick Days
• Quarterly Company Fun Days
• Ongoing evaluations so you're sure to be heard
