We have an exciting opportunity for an EVS Manager for our systems senior living account in Billings, Montana!  You will bring your leadership skills to lead our team of EVS techs/housekeepers.

• Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed. 
• Drive client and resident satisfaction scores.
• Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare staff within all departments.
• Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service.
• Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets.

 

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 plus years of management experience in a long-term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information

Salary:  $60,000.00 - $75,000.00/annually (D.O.E)
