About the Role

As a lubrication technician, you will be responsible for the effective day to day execution of fueling and lubrication of heavy duty mobile equipment, identifying equipment issues, and managing daily fuel and lubrication logs. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced lubrication technicians and teach lubrication best practices.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

· Knowledge of contamination control and fluids types and their uses.

· Ability to learn operation of small mobile equipment, aerial lifts, forklifts, etc.

· Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic fundamentals. Identification of electrical and mechanical components.

· Experience with OEM maintenance manuals.

· Ability to safely marshal light and heavy mobile equipment.

· Able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.

· Understand confined space, fall protection, equipment isolation procedures.

· Ability to lead, mentor and teach less experienced lubrication technicians.

· SAP experience a plus.

Physical Demands of the Role

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including walking up and down stairs and across uneven surfaces.

· Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

· Ability to work in both hot and cold environments with high humidity.

· Ability to kneel, crawl, stoop, and squat, occasionally in confined spaces.
