We are seeking a passionate Insurance Account Specialist who understands building client relationships and is committed to providing incredible service to our clients and customers. You will provide crucial support to our clients and our service delivery team by processing requests and responding to inquiries timely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Must be Property & Casualty license.
• Must be Life & Health License.
• Must be Bilingual Spanish speaker.
