A local Property Management Company is looking to add a Property Maintenance Person to their team. Do you enjoy keeping grounds and common areas looking top notch? Then this is the job for you!  

Property Maintenance job Highlights:

Property Maintenance Qualifications: 
•    Must have a valid driver license 
•    Previous property maintenance skills required 
•    Customer service skills 
•    Ability to apply common sense to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions

Property Maintenance Job Duties: 
•    Maintains all common areas 
•    Trouble shoot tenant maintenance issues 
•    Keep grounds clean to include trash clean up
•    Keep laundry room and club house clean
•    Landscaping duties
•    Collect rent checks and hand out late notices as needed 

Pay/Shift:
•    $21.00
•    Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 12:00pm
