As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working directly with our Sales and Service teams to deliver unparalleled service to our valued customers. From processing orders to coordinating deliveries and everything in between, no two days will be the same as you immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of material handling.


Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Process orders, monitor inventories, initiate/track delivery, and invoice for new equipment, used equipment, and warehouse products
  • Maintain complete files on all orders and ensure proper entry and organization
  • Approve and code vendor invoices for payment and handle vendor payment inquiries
  • Communicate all required leasing documents to appropriate financial institutions
  • Monitor Company forklift fleet inventories and track warranty registration
  • Generate and disperse required reporting in a timely manner
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Act as a primary resource for calls, emails, and voicemails when Sales Representative is unavailable
  • Provide sales support for overflow work from Sales Team when immediate assistance is required
  • Coordinate with the service department or out-of-territory dealers to ensure equipment preparation for customers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Self-starter who can work independently or with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Able to effectively manage time

Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal systems
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Drive to work with limited supervision and multitask effectively
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and practices
  • Proactive communication with Sales Representatives, customers, and vendors
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to interact professionally with manufacturers, sales representatives, customers, and leasing companies
  • Experience with WMH's internal systems or willingness to learn
