Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with the sale of heavy duty truck and trailer parts and components both over the phone and over the counter.
- Determine the correct parts required by looking up and cross-referencing parts in parts catalogs & computer databases.
- Provide courteous and excellent, honest, consistent, and timely customer service to all customers.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of stock and special order parts.
- Assistance with parts warehouse duties when needed.
- Follow up on special orders for customers.
- Keep an organized, tidy work area and showroom.
- Assist parts team and parts manager with inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Automotive/Mechanical Knowledge
- Familiar with Automotive/Heavy Duty Truck/Agricultural Parts Sales would be preferred.
- Prior retail or commissioned sales experience preferred
