Supply Chain Manager The Supply Chain Manager will support our engineering teams by ensuring the selection of suppliers that can meet our timelines and material quality standards to support the active development of our microreactor prototype. They will also create the supplier strategy and sourcing standards that will serve as the foundation for our operations later this decade when we start to mass produce commercial microreactor units. The ideal candidate is process-oriented and able to consistently deliver on priority work to support our business goals and increase the maturity of our supply chain organization. Responsibilities and Duties: Developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply of products and services. Collaborating with engineering to aid prototype builds, production milestones, design changes, and sourcing initiatives. Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers, including performance assessments, issue resolution, and cost control. Leading supplier contract negotiations. Mitigating supply chain risks, reporting critical concerns to management, and proactively navigating policy, economic, and environmental risk factors. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Expert in managing contracts from conception through implementation. Superb negotiation and presentation abilities for highly technical subject matter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
