Job Description
Cornerstone Eyecare is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist for our busy practice. Compensation:$15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide services to patients with empathy and kindness during their visit
- Give complete care to patients throughout their journey
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages articulately
- Verify patient insurance, appointments, prescriptions, and referrals
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
