AWARE is looking for the right person to lead the FACT team as the Clinical Program Lead.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to an assigned team
  • Present as a clinical coordinator in developing and implementing service and individual treatments plans.
  • Assess the clinical needs of youth and adults and make treatment recommendations.
  • Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and make intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.
  • Provides consultation, evaluation, and treatment services to clients, as well as interview and assess.
  • Collects data from collateral sources.
  • Participates as a lead member of a treatment team in the planning, formulation, and implementation and review of the Treatment, Personal Supports or Individual Service Plan, and provides and documents psychotherapy services as approved and directed.
Requirements:

Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

  • An advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • LCPC/LCSW License
  • Three years of direct work experience
  • Ability to assess clients (and families) from a strengths model perspective, along with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
