Great government agency looking for a receptionist!!
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$16.76/hr and after 6 months you have a potential to get promoted to a clerk and pay will go up to $18.75
Duties:
Opening and closing the lobby
Ensuring lobby is clean and organized at all times
Answering a large volume of calls and transferring as needed
Updating and maintaining client information
Assist in filing and mailing
Provided accurate information regarding application procedures, waiting lists, and qualifications
Attend department meetings
Other tasks as given
