Assembly Workers

Metro Services is immediately hiring Assembly Workers for a leading Automotive facility in Manchester, TN. This is a Temp/Contract to Direct hire position. Apply today!

• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
• Operate machines
• Test finished products for defects
• Maintain the tools used to create products
• Loading and unloading small parts
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace

1st Shift

2nd Shift

$17.31/hour

3rd shift

$16.86/ hour

1st Shift

Monday - Friday

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday

2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

3rd Shift

Sunday - Thursday

10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Mandatory OT is required

• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Good communication skills
• Ability to create and Interpret technical documentation
• Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management, and form filing
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts

• Must pass a Drug Screen
• No Felony charge
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
