Senior Accounting Specialist

Are you currently in an Accounting position and looking for a change? Do you like "playing detective" to find errors in numbers and transactions? Do you find yourself thinking outside the box to find solutions to problems? If so, this is the job for you! Evergreen Subaru is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets to add to their Accounting team. 

We are looking for a "financial superstar" with prior accounting work experience (preferably at least 3 years) who has a good understanding of a for-profit balance sheet and income statement along with the accounts associated with each. Dealership industry experience is not necessary as we will train the right person. Saturday availability is expected as our Accounting Specialists rotate working Saturdays.

Primary Duties

• Analyzing posted accounting transactions for accuracy.
  
• Reconciling Company bank accounts.
  
• Tracking service warranty information submitted to the manufacturer.
  
• Maintaining and reconciling assigned accounts.
  
• Assisting in the month end close process
• Other duties as assigned.

Shared Duties

• Stocking in new and used vehicle inventory.
• Processing vehicle sale paperwork including submitting the necessary documents to the Financial Institutions and to the State.
