Salary:
Matos Builders is highering commercial carpenters for a federal project in Gaithersburg, MD. It is a secure facility and the applicant must be able to pass a background check.
Applicants must possess:
- OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 10 will be considered)
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Door hardware installation experience
- Basic knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Windows
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Ability to follow and meet project deadlines as outlined in the schedule
Job duties include:
- Managing multiple project tasks
- Professional interaction with government personnel
- Keeping a clean and safe workplace
- Installation of wifi enabled door locks, 4 per day
