Financial Services Officer IV Floater

We are seeking experienced, member-driven candidates for the position of Financial Services Officer (FSO) IV Floater.

This role provides staffing support to multiple branches, and assists with driving business development efforts, and ensuring branch production goals are met.

This position is based in Chantilly, VA, but candidates in the Fort Worth, TX, and Loss Angeles, CA area may be considered.

Key Job Functions:

• Travels to various branches as needed to provide branch support including escorting Members, Financial Services Representative (FSR), and Teller duties.
• Provides back-up support to Lending departments in processing loan applications and other activities as needed.
• Actively educates Members and cross-sells credit union products and services through needs assessment conversations.
• Collaborates with Branch Managers to provide coaching and training to branch staff to ensure they meet goals and deliver exceptional Member service.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Must be able to secure multiple clearances to gain access to various branch offices.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialize training courses conducted by vendors. Experience as a substitution for a degree may be considered.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.

Employment offers are extended within the compensation range of the position; and are commensurate with candidate experience, knowledge, and geographic location.
