Production Worker

Department: Production

Job Status: Full Time

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Overtime Required


POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Worker’s primary responsibility is to produce high-quality blow-molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications, in a safe and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and assemble high-quality blow molded parts in a safe and efficient manner.

• Competently adhere to part-specific work instructions, standard work, and non-standard work.

• Monitor and maintain work cell and machinery to ensure proper function and notify Supervision of deviations when necessary.

• Effectively communicate production status to counterparts as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical environment requires the employee to work in a manufacturing and office environment. The employee must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment.
