OPERATOR/MAINTAINER
Monday – Friday
7:00 am – 4:00 pm
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ensure all work instructions related to the machining of CRAFT products are followed.
- Adherence to all safety rules
- Adherence to all department work instructions
- Ensure respective area is compliant with CRA standards
- Process all necessary paperwork associated with established CRA production standards
- Execute basic to advanced work flow tasks on established CRA systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machines
- Basic knowledge of CRA raw material properties and products
- Applies proper feed and speed rates for individual machines and materials per CRA standards and guidelines
- Work with Gages, Micrometers, Calipers, or any other inspection tooling per inspection
- Quality control of parts to ensure dimensions within tolerances
- Adherence to all QA Management system standards
- Sets-up and operates production machinery, and other items similar in nature.
- Reads job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, and determines sequence of operations
- Adjusts speeds and feeds
- Load and unload parts from machinery
- Follow daily Preventative Maintenance programs for each type of equipment.
- Moves materials, parts, tool and containers.
- Notify’ s supervisor regarding difficulties with tool and materials or malfunctions of equipment.
- Upholds and Promotes CRA Roadmap and Essence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate Overhead Crane and Forklift
- Millwrighting abilities a plus
- Must have at least 3 year's of experience in skilled machine operation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate
- 1-3 years prior experience in the Machine Operation field
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to perform basic math function such as (add ,subtract, multiply and divide)
- Stable work history in a similar environment
- Authorized to work in the US
