Loan Operations Representative

This position is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient operational processing of loans and loan related transactions. Responsible for maintaining all loan documentation and ensuring all is properly imaged in the loan file. Work with loan officers to clear exception list. Reponsible for loan related vendor payments and responding to credit inquiries. Process and release collateral on paid out loans daily. Balance loan accounts to the G/L and process unposted items. Process bill payments for Special Assets Department. The primary customers of LORs are loan officers and loan assistants but also, assists external customers.
