Job Description 

The Associate Analyst will be responsible for setting up on site and app split tests, performing high level testing analysis, checking statistical significance and being a thought partner for all digital testing analysis.  They will partner with developers to maintain and QA tagging and tracking expectations as well as set up tests based on product manager and marketing expectations.  Analysis will be performed in Adobe Analytics and test set up will occur on Adobe Target and through additional vendor platforms.  Key Stakeholders include marketing, technology, personalization, and product management across web and apps. Excellence in analytics, storytelling, technology, and communication is key for this role.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Setting up on site Split Tests through Adobe Target (client side through code injection and server side through cookie management)
  • Align learning agenda with Product Feature Managers, Marketing, Personalization and Apps teams to optimize the onsite experience and testing calendar
  • Maintain integrity of live tests through weekly check-ins – identify impacts quickly and own communication if test has breakages or is negatively impacting the experience
  • Identify test that have reached statistical significance and size yearly impacts
  • Support testing team as a thought partner in testing analysis to help determine next steps, additional data pulls, etc.
  • Provide an objective source of truth to assess features and testing opportunities
  • Escalate issues to leadership for resolution
  • Partner across the Data & Analytics organization to pair onsite data with qualitative findings and customer data
  • Perform Ad Hoc queries as needed to support deep dives for testing analysis
  • Evolve and standardize dashboarding and analysis approach and templates 
  • Independently identify "low hanging" optimization opportunities on the site that increase conversion or/and profitability or enhance user experience

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • 1-2 years' experience preferred in data analytics, split testing, eCommerce or other related field, however no experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
  • Knowledge of Web Analytic tools and data visualization (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, as well as Taplytics, Optimizely, Target, or other testing platform)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to leadership, non-technical and technical audiences
  • Understanding of e-commerce, usability principles and site technologies
  • Interest in developing and activating data-driven strategy to enhance customer experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without significant direct supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
