Part time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

D2 Flight Academy in New Bern NC has an open position for a Part- time Scheduler/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be an exceptional team player. This position provides exceptional customer service for our students and other aviation customers.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Flight reservation scheduling
• Proctoring aviation testing
• Answering phone calls
• Maintains communication with instructors, and with other staff members.
• Reporting to work on time, every day scheduled
• Experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of office equipment and computer programs/software
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional team member
• Proactive

• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience working in office environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a federal and criminal background check
• Must be able to work weekends
