Job Title: Experienced Service Plumber
Compensation: Base Rate, Performance Pay-Per Billable Hour (Annual Range: $62,400-120,000+)
Availability: No Nights or Weekends (Saturday’s Optional)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional plumbing services to our customers, diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a strong plumbing background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!
Plumbing Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience working as a residential service plumber.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
- Drain cleaning experience and water heater repair/replacement experience and knowledge of current code requirements.
- Additional licensing such as manometer or backflow testing certified a plus.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Customer Service:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their concerns in a courteous manner.
Physical Fitness:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
Reliability and Punctuality:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness on job sites.
